How much space should I give each person at a boardroom table?

• For a business meeting, it is recommended that there be a minimum of 760mm for each person sitting at the conference table.
• In general, 900mm per person is comfortable and appropriate for a board meeting and is a good guideline for round tables too.
• A more spacious 1050mm per person is ideal when numerous documents and laptops are present on the table.
• If you have negotiations occurring and the participants require a level of privacy at the table, allotting 1200mm per person will give them this space.
